thats what vie decided to do. instead of being sad and moping around over him, im hoping ill be more active and work on improving myself. that way ill be happy and healthier in body and mind. i was drinking earlier tonight and im scared im going to really regret it tomorrow :sick:

i lost 15lbs and went from size 5 to size 1-3 depending on the designer label

vie heard its technically good to not eat 3 hours before you go to bed bc of digestion BUUUT i think if you're going to be up anyways, I think you should eat. I definitely don't want you starving yourself!!!

i kno i cud try and reduce it bt bc im staying at my little sisters house and most of her food is processed, i cant reduce my sodium intake without starving myself =(

this kind of makes me sad bc i cant afford the fresher and healthier foods. I eat what my little sister buys and most of it is processed. Now im scared I wont lose anything :cry:

argh i feel so aggravated! I did what you recommended and changed my weekly goal to 1 lb and my daily calorie intake is still 1200 calories nd its saying i should only lose 2.9 lbs by april 29th! Aye idk what the deal is. Im just starting to feel like losing these extra 10lbs just isn't going to happen :brokenheart:

its just that my tummy seems to be bloated, however, my muscles don't seem to feel sore from working out. Typically my legs and butt feel sore. But Im still glad to kno im not the only one!!

alright guys, i kno this may sound dumb but im knew to this whole dieting thing. I've never tried to count my calories before! Soooo I'm 4ft 11in and my calorie intake says 1200 calories bc i said i wanted to lose 2 lbs a week. If i eat 1200 cals plus my workout cals, ill still lose weight??? Like seriously nd no joke? Nd…

Yea i think its time to add sodium to my goal to make sure I stay under or at norm with it. Then I think that from there, ill be ok! =)

Amen sister!!! But thats true. I dnt want to pull anything or starve myself. I also just read that eating a little above your calories for one day can increase ur metabolism more bc its almost like "playing" with it. Making it more activated and aware =]]

oh i COMPLETELY understand!! But yes i am! I am a strong woman!!! I've let my emotions take over me and I let myself be silly and feel weak!!! Its definitely time to take over my life!!! I hope the more I say I'm strong woman, the more it'll help! Lord knows I need it =/
