stronger would be better, I have been lifting more and not doing as much cardio, I will bulk after the summer is over. Oh and another question do I need to buy protein to add extra or can I get enough in just my regular daily meat?

thanks everyone I guess I will just be a vegetarian and still take the whey and not vegan. It's not bad not eating meat, most of people I know that are big meat eaters think I'm crazy for not eating it but I get more energy from vegetables and fruits and such.

Already got the juicer coming to me from amazon. I read the pros and cons of both . I like the juicer so I'm going to at least try it first. Plus I can use all the left over from juicing for worm compost. Right now ever time I get a tooth pulled the gums stay sore for a long time. so far this month 19 days and steal…

The way you look is the way I want to look in about a month or two if I can keep up with this. Have you tried creatine? just drink plenty of water with it even tho it usually helps vegetarians out more then meat eaters.

cool , congrats on losing 13lbs. I was that way when I when I lost about that much. We see ourselves everyday some people don't see you as much and still remember what you looked like the last time they saw you. So they can tell the difference better. thanks I never thought about the extra fiber.

Thanks, I have been lifting more weights I went from 15lb dumbbells to 25 lb dumbbells I work out with a lot, that may be the case I might have gained a few pounds in muscle.
