Hi my name is joanna. I am 5'6" and currently 155. I have been on here for a couple months and love it. I started at 168 so it is working for me. I would like to get my goal weight to 135 so this group is perfect for me. Thanks for starting this group and Good luck everyone. We can do this!

I put Franks on mine, but I also just pop it in the microwave. I don't buy microwave popcorn...or put it in a bag like someone mentioned earlier. I just put a couple tablespoons of kernals in a glass bowl and cover with a plate and let it go for three minutes.

Thanks for your advice Erick, I will look into all those suggestions today. I did enjoy the workout and now that I took that first step I think I would be comfortable going back in there a few times a week.
