Well, we know you get enough exercise so I'm thinking it must be diet. I don't know what your numbers are so can't really say for sure. As active as you are, it's the only thing I can think of off the top of my head.

Yea! All my windows are open. It's so nice to air out the house. 'Course I'm in Florida so it won't be long before I have to close everything up again and turn on the AC.

It's so much easier for me just to log my active minutes from my fitbit for The Amazing Race, rather than have to add up all the stuff I do everyday. Ok thank you. Although, I'm pretty sure we have to eat 5 different ones if I remember correctly. I'll just eat the same 5 through the week. Makes it a lot simpler than to have to shop again. I really appreciate what you're doing. I know this can't be easy. But, we do have a great team!!!!!
