yeah, I'm only 6 weeks in and 26lbs down....but still....I'm always so nervous even though I know regardless it's going to be a good weigh in. I'm finally up to going to the gym...the energy you get from this program is crazy!

I do low carb and low calorie, but I"m on special protein. Limit your carrots and beans, potatoes, corn and all starchy veggies. I love kale! A couple salads a day is super helpful! I have the same problem with my weight watchers scale, except I can stand on it...get off, get back on and the stupid thing will change by 5lbs! I do not recommend it

I too have VERY pale and odd toned skin, MAC is the only make up I will use on my skin! I never break out and I used to CONSTANTLY and my skin always looks great! They have such a huge selection of tones and very knowledgeable artists. I also only have to buy it about twice a year and I wear it every day! It lasts SO long!

Try only using lotion on it when you're just out of the shower. Do you take any vitamins? Being healthy should help speed up the process. Ideal protein has so far been a very easy diet to follow, the weekly weigh ins are a huge help when it comes to keeping you accountable. I think that is the biggest savior for me. I love that idea! Good for you! The weight loss is so incredible! I just got back from my second week weigh in and lost another 3.4lbs and 4.25 inches that's a total weight loss of 13.2lbs and 11.25inches....in 2 weeks!!!
