Yes... protein, fat (nuts), water, and exercise have all regulated my appetite. I'm rarely hungry anymore, and when I am it's like "OK, it's time to eat soon..." vs "ROAR ROAR ROAR EAT THE FIRST THING IN SIGHT!" LOL.

Clif's Builder Bars are good. And Quest bars are yummy (especially microwaved) but they can only be purchased online.

Yup! Training that particular area will strengthen the muscle but u won't see it until u shed fat. Diet, cardio, and weight training all go together.

I feel you. I could write a book on how to lose weight, start an exercise program, etc. I asked myself this same question recently, and unfortunately I don't know the answer. I have started taking Andrew Lessman's Energy and Fat Metabolism Factors. Not necessarily for weight loss but for an energy boost. So far I like them. I have basically stopped drinking coffee. I just seem to have a natural boost of energy that lasts all day, without jitters.
