Giant/Helmans/Best foods mayo, I'm not giving it up unless I make my own. Life is too short to live without real mayo. HOWEVER, I whipped up the hard boiled egg yolks in the food processor so I had no hard yolk bits and they nice and fluffy and I used less mayo. I also put in mustard to make my deviled eggs. Yummy.

I'm 56 and we only had cake, candy, ice cream and sodas on our birthdays. I believe that our moms may have spent more time at home, had time to home cook, and felt less guilt and consequently feed us fewer treats.

No one cares if you are fat/skinny/male/female, etc. They ARE motivated to pry your money out of your hands. Fat, sugar and salt do that.

Eat for strength first and you will have less room in your stomach for junk. This will help power you to increase movement. Together these can help you have a great time at Disney. A fad diet to loose X pounds by then could leave you feeling worse.

I moisture my face with sweet almond oil from the health food store. I use olive oil that I drain off of my pestro for my body and slater it on at night and put on sweats and socks on my hands.

I used to have it. I supplemented with Sure-Jell (that you use to make jelly and jam). I would put in in a 2 liter bottle of V8 juice and drink 4 ounces daily. After I stopped eating junk like white flour and sugar and lost 30 pounds it went away.
