so I try to stuff in as much raw and vegetable as possible, take a $.05 probiotic from Whole foods daily and avoid grains, sugars, flours and prepared food. I lost 29 pounds this year and only have 1 sinus infection, instead of my usual 4, and didn't loose work.

I also fast 16 hours on the days I don't work. I still eat my 1545 calories daily. The reason I fast is because the body is supposed to stop burning sugar after 12 hours of fasting, and start burning fat. I lost 5 pounds in the past 3 weeks doing so.

Just for today I will eat for strength until my monthly feast day. I lost 5 pounds in 3 week. It's like watch my hips and thighs melt off of my pear shaped frame! In July it will be a loaded blooming onion at outback steakhouse and crab stuffed lobster tail.
