I love to lift weights to heavy stuff: Korn, Avenged Sevenfold, Slayer, Metallica, and others like that but I love to run to 80s music:happy: !

I have just gotten the Wahoo TCKR heart rate monitor and so far am loving it. It is a chest strap style and feeds directly to my iphone app via blue tooth!

Lane Bryant has a fantastic sports bra. it does have underwire and can criss cross in the back and is strap adjustable as well as around! It ran $54 in Central Illinois! Mine is a 38 F and keeps me as still as possible!

Nothing. I pack exactly what I need every morning and take it with me.

I weigh in every Saturday morning around 6:30/7am

Have you gone to a running store to seek help picking out an appropriate pair of shoes? I have a tendency to get shin splints if I am not in the proper shoe. Since seeking out assistance from my local running store and getting into a good shoe for me, I have had less soreness and no shin splints. Good luck!

Yep...who would of thought I would bump into someone I know here! Too funny John

Oh I know where Gibson is! Cute little town
-
Champaign Area here and this is the running-est town. You see all walks of life out running at all hours of the day! I know that a lot of the people I know are either not concerned or are but will not motivate themselves to change.

That is wonderful and you are amazing! Keep up the great work!!!:flowerforyou:

I have splurge days but still log in my diary.

"The brain quits before the body does" And of course..."Suck it up Princess"

Find a store in your area that specializes in running shoes. They will help you get the right shoe for your gait.
-
I always do some cardio on strength days and then I have some dedicated cardio days.

I skipped the free homemade ice cream with homemade waffle cones at work! Talk about a struggle!!! And my husband and I filled 5 (yes 5) 30 gallon trash bags of clothes that were too big!!!
-
I weigh and measure but as previously stated...guesstimate if I am away from my measuring tools.
-
Wal-mart or Gordmans are usually where mine come from

Trust me when I say ...WEIGH it. Don't try to eyeball it! I had no idea what one serving looked like and almost cried when I realized how little it really was. We now rarely eat it cause I hate to waste so many calories on such a little amount of food!
-
You are fantastic! Such a motivating story. Congrats on learning and achieving !:flowerforyou:

As much as a drag as it can be, I choose my restaurant before we leave home. I use the online nutrition info and plan my meal in advance that way I know how many calories I will be consuming. It helps and actually takes the stress out of eating out.
-
My food scale has a permanent home on my counter...it is used for everything cause I know enough to know that I do not know how to properly estimate a serving!
-
I do not but I am still careful about my choices and I still log everything.
-
I am an afternooner as I have to be to work so early in the morning
-
That is amazing! You have earned the right to be excited about collar bones! :flowerforyou:

I love my Flex. And I have had very little issue with it over counting my steps. I set it to my dominant arm but actually wear it on my nondominant.
-
You look fabulous! What an inspiration!
-
Personally I would go with a mid to upper range option. I would rather be over on my calorie intake!
-
I weigh in once a week..otherwise I get too obsessive.
-
I usually log just before or just after.
