First week or so you lose the most because your losing all that water weight. After that it becomes harder because when working out you are turning fat into muscle which weighs more so at this point you should watch inches fall off and not so much pounds. Whats happening is you are probably turning the weight into muscle when you work out. So you are thining but not necessary losing weight because of the muscle (which is a good thing). My biggest helper has been drinking WATER and lots of it!!! Good Luck and stay positive!

Use hand weights (free weights is what I think they are called). Good to keep by computer because if you are just sitting there you can take the 3lb weight and do arm lifts every so often for toning!! Fiber diets can be dangerous through laxitives!!! Be careful!!! You can get fiber plus and add it to everything you eat/drink but in addition to it you want to be sure to drink lots of water and eats fruits and vegies!!
