I have been challenging myself for the last 60 days until now day 1 of my journey. I am very happy about the results I do see visually but it can still be a bit discouraging when the scale is showing differently. I really need to know what will throw me in that drive to start shedding the actually pds.. Alot of people and weight loss shows so "Oh dont worry about the scale" but how could you not.. I would love to hear some tips on what you all have done to jump start back the pds shedding.. As you may see that the inches did come off in my pics below but the scale says differently..Lost a few but not as many as you know we hope for..:noway:

Stay motivated, only time and effort will give you the results you are looking for!0

Whats happening is you are probably turning the weight into muscle when you work out. So you are thining but not necessary losing weight because of the muscle (which is a good thing). My biggest helper has been drinking WATER and lots of it!!! Good Luck and stay positive!0

Get a new scale! EatSmart™ Precision GoFit Digital Body Fat Scale!!! Truly the best $50 I have ever spent! It measures everything like, muscle, water, bones, and fat. I didn't like the *number* on my scale but when I got this new one and I could truly see how healthy I was from eating right and working out, it made me feel better about that *number*! The weight number isn't nearly as important as all the others...0

Drink lots of water, watch your sodium. If I keep the sodium down as low as possible, I almost always seem some sort of a loss. Honestly, I trust my measuring tape more. I mean, I would LOVE to see the numbers go down.. but I like my jeans falling off of me more.0

Keep trying i feel the same way. Up to 5 days a week at the gym and i seem to not budge on the scale but i feel fitter and im starting to build muscles. So im just going to keep on going and hope the results will just appear soon.0

I understand fully but just keep up the good work eventually the scale will catch up with you....0

As said on here many times I must echo. Sodium is often the reason. It is so VITAL that you drink AT LEAST 8 cups or ( 64 ounces) of water.
Also, you weight verys a few pounds through out the day and the week. I would suggest getting a tape measure so you can see the inches coming off. The reason people say not to stress about the number, because the scale *eventually* will succumb to your new life style, and you will see the number drop.0 -
I relate, my scales are not my friend either.
Take one day at a time. You can do it, I know that you can, and you will.0 -
Yup scales are evil things!!
I have heard hey you look good can tell you been working hard etc etc, but the number stays the same on the bloody scale.0 -
take your inches with your weight it helps to know your losing inches if your not losing pounds and if your exercising you can look like you weigh 110 when you weigh 150 just keep up the good work0
