  • Try counting your sleep up in half hours. So for example go to bed 2am set alarm for 10am or 10.30am. I didn't think much of this advice till I tried it myself.   • How about a cous cous or whole wheat pasta salad. Go for a light flavoured oil or light pesto dressing rather than anything involving mayo. You can get ready flavoured cous cous packets, just make up in morning or night before chill. Can go great with salad or chicken for an evening meal too.
