I would not do your hair or makeup - you'll hopefully get really sweaty and it will get all messed up! But DO invest in some cute workout clothes if you can - I'm definitely not skipping a visit to the gym if I have new clothes I want to wear! And once you start going, it becomes habit!

Tag! I just did week 3, day 2 today and I'm loving this program so far! It's giving me so much confidence and will hopefully be the start of a long relationship with running!

Facebook photos! Eek!

Cute dress! Congrats on putting in the hard work to fit into it! You look great!

I did this for a month and was loving it...but then I got sidetracked with life and fell off the wagon. I found it to be really effective while I was doing it, and having a plan is pretty crucial for me. Maybe it can help you too! http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/womans_lean_sexy_bible.htm

Awesome! Keep on truckin'!

Typically when you lose weight, you lose fat but you also lose muscle. If you're not already, add strength training to your exercise plan and that will help!
-
It does if you add it under cardio.
-
I think so, because you're logging those exercises, right? If you changed your lifestyle to more active, you would be double-logging those calorie burns.

Someone just posted this: http://health.yahoo.net/articles/weight-loss/photos/8-calorie-burning-myths-debunked See myth no. 6

I drink vodka with club soda and lime, which is about 65 calories. Any liquor and zero calorie mixer is a safe bet.

The technical support forum would probably be better suited to your query :)

Awesome! I'm doing w2d2 tomorrow, you're an inspiration!

What are you doing with your personal trainer? Circuit training may be what you want, as that's what I usually do with my trainer.
-
I probably "underestimated" when I was 16 so, when I reach that weight, I will have REALLY come far! Congrats!

Love "Bad Girlfriend" - Theory Of A Deadman! So high energy and it makes me think of the sexy body I'm working for!
-
Getting it on usually isn't so bad, but when you take it off an you're sweaty and it's sticking to you and rolling up...the worst!
-
That must be hard...try going to the gym instead! Getting your endorphins flowing will make you feel better and you'll be doings something productive. Whether you stay with your boyfriend or break up, good luck and I hope you are able to do the best thing for you!

My office is like that too, but with cupcakes! Every other week there are cupcakes for someone's birthday or...just because! Good job turning away, cake is a calorie-goal-killer!

Personally, I think she's full of it. She sells protein shakes with artificial sweetners, "magic weight-loss" type pills, and other bad things she tells you to stay away from. I guess it's ok if she's making money off of it...

Water weight is the culprit, and you must fight water with water! And avoid salt/processed foods.

Welcome to MFP! Adding because our goals are almost exactly the same and I also just started C25K! Let's help eachother make it to the end!

My boyfriend takes N.O. Explode regularly and I've tried it twice now, too. I really like it, but I took it this morning and then had a "fit test" done as I just started with a new trainer and my heart rate was REALLY high. I wouldn't use it if you're doing cardio, but I do think it helped me lift more!
-
I like to do the elliptical in front of the tv, I can go for an hour that way!
-
Definitely are! Keep up the good work! You look great!

+1 Your body needs the nutrients from the food you eat, so don't deprive it! Hit the gym that day or early the next, sweat through the hangover!
-
Congratulations! You both are an inspiration :)

Someone posted this article last week and I found it very helpful: http://www.bodyfatguide.com/LooseSkin.htm If you don't read the whole thing the gist of it is: strength training. The "loose skin" is actually fat, and while you diet and lose fat you inevitably lose muscle too, which causes the skin and fat to sag. In…

You look amazing!!!! Congrats on the 63 pounds lost! I know you're going to get those last 30!

Congrats! That's amazing! I can barely run a 14 minute mile, I can't wait to get where you are!
