Nope, but if you want to mix it up a bit, a good dose of B12 should get it turning a more greenish colour

It could be an old injury? I was very unfit (and a smoker) when I got my act together. I got bad pains in my shins when I walked any distance. I'm not that heavy, BMI well under 30. But it felt like my bones were going to snap. Anyway, I learnt just to take it a bit slower until my muscles caught up, now I can walk (4kms…

Never been gladder to live in Ireland. Very rare to see any dog out on its own here, certainly not in the city. I live in the 'burbs and I occasionally see one of my neighbours dogs out yipping (Yorkie, not trained and as a result I don't like it) It seems insane that you have to resort to carrying a gun though! A GUN!…

I toyed with the idea of a Kindle but in Ireland they retail around €109 and for €159 I was able to get a 7" android tablet. So now I can download books as well as check email, MFP and facebook which seems like better value to me! I love having a proper book and I can see myself still buying them, but the house is so full…

Are you looking at the fat per 100g by any chance on the bar wrapper?

I have taken Lipobind in conjunction with diet/exercise. The reason I chose this pill was because it is suitable for taking as a once off when you have let yourself go - so if there is a special night out where I know I'll be eating a high fat meal, I'll take some lipobind with me to help with damage limitiation. I've had…

Yep - don't give up. I initially tried the 1/2 pould a week setting, but no movement there so I went to the 1lb Some weeks I'm the same, most weeks there is a loss (even just a small one) Only once did it go up (and I have only the eating habits that week to blame!) Log everything, there is a whole debate over whether to…

I do a weekend weigh in too - but I also restrict my treats on weekdays, knowing I'll appreciate them all the more at the weekend. Alcohol is a big shocker when you add up the calories for a night out, you might find yourself on the Vodka + diet coke or light beers

Did you remember to log the little dance?

PCOS shouldn't mean 'no babies'. Its a bit more tricky but women with PCOS have babies every day. Can you get a 2nd opinion?

it's not from your breath is it? If so you might need to get your kidneys checked out

I binned my mechanical and got a digital. I found myself 'cheating' by shifting my weight about on the mechanical scale  And the digital will give you the fractions too. Half a pound it still half a pound

I have a super 200 cal dinner ? Leek Filo pie... delicious!

I can see how the calorie counting can become obsessional, and the prepacked foods are so much handier. You can make up your own Recipies though which is great. Maybe have a 'day off' where you eat sensibly but don't count or log the food? But binging and starving is not the way to go. Hope it all works out ok!

Dove shampoo and conditioner is pretty good.

Love it!

Cuisine De France bread rolls - even the tiny ones are still about 250 cals. Madness!

Lots of your 'funsize' stuff is OK - Malteasers, Magic stars and milky ways. And its proper chocolate too  And if you do fancy a nibble on a packet of crisps - stock up on Walkers Baked (which I would be lost without!)

Wow - I got a gun pointed at me once when i worked in a store and it took the police over an hour to respond to the panic button! I'm slightly impressed with the speed of their response. Must be a nice neighbourhood

Beauty really is only skin deep. If you are sharing your life with someone, it needs to be for a better reason than 'they are pretty'! When times are tough, you want someone who will support you, not be too busy fixing their hair.

Stir fry?

I'd love nothing better than to eat cake all day too but you have to try to control yourself. All I can suggest (from the many TV programmes on the topic) is that anyone who eats that was is very unhappy about another area of their life and using food for comfort. And the teen years are pretty horrific. Could be worse, she…

Make sure you have some pants on standy-by for when that 'spare tyre' disappears  That happens to me too - so I try to do the same day every week, first thing in the morning. Its difficult not to have a peek halfay through the week - but its all part of me learning self control.

Girls saying their periods have stopped and people telling them not to worry that it's 'normal'

Why not make some oatmeal bars?

I think it comes with the territory. When I was wearing a (UK) size 10 I was in a B cup. Now I'm in a (UK) 14 and sometime (UK) 16 and I'm spilling out of a C. I believe push ups help to give what is there a 'lift' but you only have the breast tissue you were born with.

I drink - I used to drink red wine until I saw the calories! Now its vodka and diet coke for me (60kcals!)

1-2 diet cokes a day Wouldn't have before, but I need to taste something sweet!

At the risk of causing offence (which i don't mean to!) is your posture working against you? In your pics it looks like you stick your bum out a bit. Standing tall and straight is well known to instantly slim...

My sister told me this trick a few years back - it works really realy well and takes very little effort
