Your doctor might arrange a stress ECG for you to rule out tachycardia or atrial fib. Thryoid imbalace can make you prone to irregular heart rates so it woudl be worth getting checked up properly

I took Xanical twice. The bathroom experience afterwards was unpleasent. Very unpleasent. If you eat very high fat meals 3 times a day, I'm sure this will stop the fat being absorbed. But you will spend your life sitting on a bin liner. Better option is certainly diet initially and gentle exercise if you can manage it.

You can use the info on the site to make a reasonable estimate. I notice you just joined recently, it does get easier the more you log. I like eating out in places that have the work done for me though :smile:

Yep - thats the size I used. It was a silicone 'tin' too so a little flour dusting was all i needed and it came out in one lovely chocolatey piece

In case anyone is interested, I made this with 500ml Ben & Jerry Phish food, 150g Self raising and 30g of cocoa power Got about 12 bread slice thick slices and it is AWESOME (and easy) Approx 165 cals, 8g fat per slice, but it is so chocolatey that it easily replaces a bar of chocolate. Yum
