yeah I would say that's absolutely fine. though, you probably wouldn't feel the need to even have a splurge day if you ate more than 1200-1300 calories a day, especially given how much exercise you do. You could fit in treats into your every day routine and still lose weight. But then again, whatever works for you.

Yes, I imagine it'd be fine. Weight-loss is primarily working out the right numbers for you, so I would think it would even out. And geez, I wish I could come to one of these threads and just once not have to roll my eyes at the mention of 'starvation mode'.

Why are you on a 'vegan' cleanse? What are you hoping it will do for you, exactly? Anyway, as a vegan, for protein I eat red kidney beans, (actually beans of all sorts), lots of broccoli, tempeh, meat substitues, soy protein shakes with almond milk.

unfortunately, fashion. I wish it were just fitness based, I feel I'd be able to take a much more casual approach to it all. Given that though, fitness is still important to me, and in my pursuit of 'fashion', I'm not looking to take any unhealthy means that would compromise my health.

treadmill doesn't 'tone' and I'm assuming by using the word 'tone' you mean, build a little muscle? you need to familarise yourself with heavy lifting :) that'll get you the 'tone' you want.
