I know that exercise is important, but if you are struggling for energy maybe you could just focus on eating healthy at first to up your energy level. Diet has a lot to do with feeling sluggish and unmotivated. Eating fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains, and drinking 8 glasses of water per day will make a huge difference…

One of the funniest moments for me was waking up to a chocolate pudding cup half full on my chest and a spoon right by my mouth. My roommate found me like that and I woke up to her laughter.:blushing: We still laugh about that!

I actually threw away a package of oreos yesterday. That's what I had to eat the night before and I found them on the counter in the morning. I was so digusted that I threw them away and didn't keep them 'just for the kids'. My husband works for Kraft/Nabisco and brings home Oreos, Chips Ahoy, Cheese Its, Ritz Bits, etc.…

My skin has more of a glow to it the more water I drink. I definately think it makes a difference! I'm not sure about blemishes though, my face doesn't really break out.
