Justin's is DA BOMB. Excellent for post-workout food. YUMMY!!!

YES YES YES - THIS. You cannot keep this up your entire life, girly. Practices like this and vilifying foods can lead to warped ideas about food and even eating disorders. Celebrate and EAT every now and then. Then don't step on that scale for a couple weeks, don't stress, LET IT GO, and keep going. One or even two or…

You can teach yourself online at onlinecookingschool.com. They offer some sample courses to help people with very little cooking experience. I've heard great things about it.

CONGRATS! Great job!!! I've just recently started Stage 1.

I'm curious, how drastically are you cutting calories?

I definitely recommend you ditch your scale. Hide it in a closet or something and only bring it out every few months. Take body measurements and pictures. That way you can view TRUE progress :) Stressing yourself out over every single pound gained is going to do more damage in the long run.

Everyone here has some good suggestions. You could also make your own mayo at home. SUPER EASY and I love the taste. I use the following recipe with avocado oil :) http://nomnompaleo.com/post/3440774534/paleo-mayonnaise

You go girl. BRAVO.

The problem with temporary fixes is just that... They're temporary. And once you come back off of something you cannot maintain, you throw your body out of whack and usually damage your health, like your metabolism, in the process. Small, sustainable steps are the way to go. And I agree... Greek yogurt is da bomb. Just be…

You say you workout 5-6 times a day. I am curious, how long are your workouts, and what do you do during them? Because if you're seriously working out 3-6 hours a day, you should probably be eating a TON more protein and calories in general.

ZipList is another great one. It had a recipe clipper option that saves any recipe from any website. I love it.

Iced coffee with chocolate or cookies n' cream protein = AMAZEBALLS

Read "New Rules of Lifting for Women". So many women don't really understand how to build muscle. "Toning" is a word that fitness magazines have made up to make the idea of building muscle seem less intimidating to women. I highly recommend reading the book. It's very informative and comes with a customizable training plan.

And yes, the more you work out, the more food you should consume. I completely agree. You've got to feed those muscles!!!

15 lbs is a perfectly acceptable amount of weight to lose in just 2 months. You also may not be taking into consideration that you are gainng muscle.

NO ONE, I repeat NO ONE, goes through successful weightloss perfectly. We all have bad days. Don't make yourself feel so guilty. Enjoy the fact that you are smart enough to recognize when you've overdone it a bit and just move on. Dwelling on a mistake won't get you anywhere. Just acknowledge that it happened, acknowledge…
