32 weeks here with my first. 21lbs gained so far. I agree it's tough seeing your body go through such drastic change. I have had some health complications that have not allowed me to be where I want to be physically throughout this pregnancy, but I am a personal trainer and I aim to improve my energy and strength once I…

I currently am not tracking my macros as I am pregnant and eating intuitively, but I will be back to it once I feel I am ready and my diary will be open. I hope to…

I just received mine on Saturday. So far it's been pretty accurate. My wrists are tiny but the small size is surprisingly comfortable. I forget that I am wearing it for the most part. Have even slept with it without issues. I had a Vivosmart before this and a Force before that which I returned for the recall. The HRM was a…

But if you're looking to save $$$ then go with a simpler model. The Charge HR detects heart rate like the Surge but doesn't have GPS.…

Your fiance needs to not be so picky.

Anything without pectin or other thickeners in it.Companies use it to make their regular yogurts "appear" more like Greek yogurt so they can still call it "Greek". Bleh. My favorites are probably Nancy's or Wallaby Organics :)

I love adding quinoa to my soups and stews to make them more filling. One I recently made was with bok choy, onions, stewed tomatoes, carrots, diced garlic and cauliflower in a chicken stock base, and it was deeeelish :)

The first thought in my head was... are you pregnant? lol

Ever heard of Google? lol

Why is your weight so important when you are SEEING results?! Muscle is denser than fat and scales can be so severely misleading. Your body is soooooo much more complex than a stupid number on a scale :)
