    PB and J Protein Smoothie

    2 tbsp PB2 w/ chocolate
    1/3 cup frozen raspberries
    1/3 cup frozen blueberries
    1/3 cup frozen dark cherries
    1/4 cup 1% cottage cheese
    1 scoop vanilla casein powder
    3/4 unsweetened almond milk
    1/4 cup ice
    Blend and enjoy

This comes in with about 35 to 40g protein and 320 calories. If made without cottage cheese and a half cup of berries it's about 27 to 32g protein and 220 calories.

I like to make mine into a satay sauce for chicken.

    I add

    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp soy sauce
    2 TBS PB2
    Water to thin it out

Obviously you can adjust according to your tastes.

    I love it!! :)

    See here. http://www.amazon.com/PB2-Powdered-Peanut-Butter-6-5/dp/B002GJ9JWS

It's powdered peanuts with most of the fat taken out. You mix it with water to make a paste but I've mixed it with coconut milk to make a satay sauce. It also some in choc peanut flavour too. It's not exactly the same as real peanut butter of course but good if you are needing less calories at the time.

I replace half of the peanut butter in satay sauce, and dressing for gado gado. I sometimes put in stir fries to give them a Malaysian or Indonesian twist.

Whoops. My savory suggestions were for plain PB2, not chocolate.

Love, Love, love PB2! I use it everywhere I would normally use peanut butter and enjoy it just by itself on a sourdough wasa or with apple slices: Peanut butter is back in my diet-YUMMY!
