My trainer says I should NOT be eating my calories back. I am allowed 1200-1300 calories a day. I burn 200-300 calories at the gym per day. If I'm going to burn a little more than that I can have a little more calories but not much.

I have the ones that have a loop that goes around the back of your ear. I have small ears too and these do run a little big but I can always position them so they stay in place.

Gotta do the weights! I've only done weights a few times over the last couple of weeks and I can already tell a difference. Hire a personal trainer for one session and have them show you what you need to do to tighten it up. It will be worth it!

I do have an appointment coming up with my doc. I'm making a list of things to ask him. Thanks everyone for the tips and support! Its good knowing I'm not the only one.... Congrats to all of you on your weightloss accomplishments! I know it is possible!

The motivation is being able to eat what you want. You don't get to eat what you want unless you are willing to exercise it off.

If you want something bad enough....EAT IT! Then exercise it off. I find if I really want something, its best to eat it or I'll eat everything else and still eventually eat what I wanted to begin with.

I've only been at this for about 4-5 weeks....and yes I have already gotten burned out too! Try something different. I love getting outside (long as it's not too hot outside). Take a stroll through the park, walk down your street. Try a different workout video. Doing the same thing day in and day out gets old. Maybe change…
