You are better off getting a regular hamburger instead of chicken or one of the salads. They can pack 1000mg or more of sodium!

Go for the real thing....one ounce is about 100 calories and a lot less sodium.

Went in for a check up when I was 15. They called my mom and told her I had the thyroid problems. Not sure what triggered the test. Now...30 years later....it still causes me problems.

My trainer has been taking my measurments. Last month I lost 12 inches! I have another assessment scheduled for this Saturday. I've only lost 5 pounds since my last assessment. I am very anxious to see the inches.

I always net at least 1200. If I burn the 400 calories, I will eat the 1600.

No fake sugars and if you dont buy organic, wash all your produce in a vinegar/water wash. Eat something every few hours to help keep your metabolism up.

I love pecans and a handful of them has about 200 calories in it. Unsalted and plain.

Potatoes, raisins, canteloupe, spinach, oranges and orange juice to name a few. Google a list to find something you like. Ideally, you would want the extra potassium on the same day of the excess sodium, but it should still have some effect today.

Potassium helps offset the effects of sodium. So load up on it today!
