  • I have a Twitter account but I'm not real sure how to work the darn thing. Facebook is more my speed.
  • The first level has jumping jacks, jump rope and butt kicks. Until you are released from the doctor I would do Walk Away the Pounds or maybe a Dancing With the Stars video. They are both very good workouts.
  • Have you ever watched Fit TV? There are some wonderful workouts at home on that channel. I don't have a treadmill or elliptical at home either but after doing some of their workouts I feel like it is equivalent.
