WAY too many variables to answer that question. There really isn't an easy and effective way of finding out either. You could do like I do. Just log your cardio, and all strength training will be gravy on top of that.

Eat more if you want to lose the healthy way. You should be in the 1800-2100 range depending on your size.

I personally do not log activities like that. I consider it part of my everyday living and activity level. You can't log everything you do, because that is already counted in your daily calorie goal. Lifting weights should be done by anyone and everyone who is capable of doing it.
