I don't know the answer but I truly admire your coordination. I'm having a blast hooping but I'd break a hip if I took my focus off of the actual hooping.

Hi y'all! I'm 43 and I live in Texas. My youngest is graduating from high school in May and my oldest is giving me my first grand baby in August. I've lost 70ish lbs, put some back on during the holidays and am trying to get them back off. I lack 5 or so lbs. maintaining is way harder than losing. :/

After a serious accident that broke my femur, I had to learn to walk again. By that time I was 200lbs. Now I'm down to 137ish. I've just started my resistance training and I can tell the difference in my bones after just a couple of months. I didn't realize it would make such a difference.

Can I jump in a day late? I already have the jeans AND a skirt hanging on my door knob for motivation. This will make me work harder.
