  • This is a lil off topic but still has to do with TDEE and MFP. My question is do you guys log your fitness in MFP? I just switched over my calorie intake to my TDEE not sure if I should add exercise as well.
  • I was on the ortho tri cyclen for 13 years never gained weight and had no issues with loosing weight. But I got off a lil over a year ago and gained 30lbs and I didn't change my food and was still working out!! Now I'm finally loosing weight it just depends on your body everybody is different!!

  • I try and leave it as long as possible on the weekend when I know I don't have to leave, its anywhere from an hour to 3 hours I just put it in a bun and clean the house or watch a movie.
  • Haha some of you are funny!! I was taught to leave the room if you needed to pass gas its just out of courtesy to the people around you!

  • I do weight training tue is chest tri, wed legs, thur back bi Its just how it worked out with my trainer. I could just do cardio mon, fri, sat just seeing what everyones else does I always get board maybe I'll try that!! My main goal is to tone more 1st and then loose the weight.

  • Sometimes when I don't really feel like cooking I'll just cook the quinoa and add chick peas and avocado and hot sauce simple and filling!!
  • I love avocados I have a tree in my front lawn so I use them for everything! I eat them plain sometimes with hot sauce, use them in shakes, salads, tacos, burros, quinoa bowls, soups, pudding, cakes, on my face, my hair, my feet, I think thats it lol.

  • As others have said your body will adjust. I see all you guys saying you let it rip well thats cool BUT if they smell and your at the gym please go to the restroom and let it rip there. I was on the treadmill yesterday and this dude had horrible gas like rotten eggs ruined my run!!!!

  • I use it for everything!!!! Hair, skin, lube hehe, use it in shakes, on toast, in oatmeal, Its helped with candida as well as getting rid of my minor eczema, my hair has almost no split ends, I do notice it helps me get rid of everything when I go number 2 I mean everything lol.

  • yup I feel you my waist is 32inches hips 45inches. I do zumba twice a week and heavy lifting 2-3times a week plus cardio, I haven't lost any inches in my hips the last 3 months but as long as I'm toning and less jiggly Im happy with that.   • I read a study that you are full at a 5-6 and should stop eating then. I cant recall the exact numbers and what they all mean but you can google it.
  • Awesome job on the marathon!! I can now wear my skinner pants I wasn't able to wear them for the last prob like 8 months I only had one pair of pants cause I refuse to to buy fat jeans!!! I did a lot of washing hehe. Soon I will be back in my full skinny pants cant wait!!

  • Yes try a running store they can help a lot. I have three different kinds of shoes one for distance, one for zumba and one for cross training when I workout with my trainer. Most the time I just use my cross trainers though. If you are getting shoes for distance make sure you go at least a half size bigger to a full size…
