I hate it when I can't seam to get full. What helps me is eating more veggies like roasted cauliflower, or roasted bell peppers, spaghetti squash and yes more protein.

Agree, its a quick fix don't do it even if your doctor says its ok they get a big cut to sell them so its all about money not your health!!

Sunwarrior is my favorite then garden of life. But I get lazy and don't always make shakes I just use my blender bottle and add almond milk protein powder, super greens, maca powder and some matcha green tea powder, taste great especially if using sunwarrior.

I just started yesterday excited to see what comes my trainer has been saying for months I eat to little now I'm at a stand still figured I try it out!! I still cant figure out if everyone tracks their exercise on MFP I know you wouldn't eat the calories just wanna know if they track them?

Thanks for this!! Excited to try it out I just changed my calories over to TDEE today. Do you guys still log your fitness in MFP even though your doing TDEE?

Im the same as you I eat more when I don't workout. And right around 2:30-3:30 I'm starving I think its just being board!!
