Vitamins

What vitamins do you take? Just curious to see what every one takes.

I take a multi for woman, fish oil, spirulina, garlic pills, and fucothin.

    I don't take any vitamins. I try to get my nutrients from food.

    I take One-A-Day Men's Health Formula.
    Did you know you can log it if your interested in watching your nutrient levels?
    I just include it with my meals so it automatically adds in.

    I eat healthy however I include these supplements for an extra boost I suppose,
    magnesium, zinc, lysine and B1

    I take a multi with lutein, and potassium (I've been told it helps with blood pressure).

    I do a lot of juicing, eat a lot of raw nuts and seeds, and I take fresh royal jelly.
