You can never have too much support on this journey so all are welcome to add me :)

I would not pay for membership at a gym i had not worked out at. I have been in some that when you walk in you want to walk out again. If this 1 makes u feel like that its $49 or $99 down the pan. Personally i would use the money to buy a cross trainer, exercise bike and or some dumbells and save the petrol money too. 45…

I get this when i use my cross trainer. Its to do with the pressure you put on that part of your feet in order to keep the exercise going. Maybe try and turn down the resistance if you have that feature until your feet get used to the movement. Good luck and keep at it xx

For all of you guys who have been brave enough to have surgery. POWER TOO YOU ALL. For tho's too wussy (me) who are doing it without surgery power too you all too. Surgery is not in my eyes an easy option. It is however a way for an individual to solve a problem. A cop out would be to sit on the *kitten* your not happy…

Again different perceptions, A innocent question becomes an attack on some individuals. I don't get it personally. Why can't people just have a little natter without feeling like comments are personal attacks all the time.
-
You look like a different person. Very very well done x
-
Keep at it. You will get to a point where instead of craving junk food you crave healthy foods. I never thought i would see the day where i would pick a greek salad over a chinese takeaway.
-
I think its impossible to put a number on this question. Example. I am was a uk 8-10 before i had my children. I felt great and had guys sniffing around a lot (uninvited of course) i ballooned to a size 20-22 after children and felt worse then awful about myself who used to be a confident outgoing person. 1 of my bff's is…

I am of the mind that diet drinks don't contain an awful lot compared to full fat drinks. I wouldn't thank you for a full fat coke but i would take your arm off for cherry pepsi max. I find diet drinks help curb my sugar cravings. I did try to give up diet pop and found i wanted sweet things more so for me its the lesser…

I would love some like minded local people. if there are any geordies out there please add me. Or other Ukers out there. All fr welcome xx

I work with lots of different people that i see on a regular basis. I get a lot of Nice comments from them about how well i look and how amazing what i have done so far is, how i have inspired them to give it a bash. I am more then happy to give them numbers cause i have worked fricking hard to get here and continue to do…

We live in a world now where.. "when you call a spade a spade" your discriminating against someone. Very very sad.
-
How do we know the doctor in question was not overweight??? People are way too quick to throw the discrimination word out there.
-
Umeboshi getting the feeling your a net troll looking to argue about everything. If a persons *kitten* takes 2 seats then they should pay for 2 seats. Common sense no??? If you take 2 snickers off a shelf u pay for 2. Or do you go to the counter and say.. well 1 is too small for me so i expect the 2nd 1 at your expense?…
-
No need to be an *kitten*. My lappy had a wobbler and posted before i had finished. So have your gold star back.
-
There are a lot of people on here quick to defend to overweight mother. Shes making a bad choice already fighting to go to a hospital that stated to her they were not equipped for her. I find it hard to believe she got fat by accident or some other medical reason. I do not dispute there will be reasons out there that…

A woman of 350+ lb cannot be healthy. Someone posted above that her stats were ok if you ignore the BMI. Fact is tho when delivering a baby potentially by c section BMI does matter. Having to cut through layers and layers of extra fat. Internal organs that you cannot see that also have fat around them. Any1 350LB saying…

You look immense. Very very well done for your loss. I understand that when people on this journey hit goals are not always happy when they get there. Have you tried jillian michael's 6 week 6 pack? Her voice is annoying as hell but the routine kicks your *kitten*. Loose skin is my biggest fear TBH as i cannot do surgery…

My advice is to try and go for even a 15 minute stroll. I live in the UK so the weather can always be an excuse for me. No matter how crappy and lazy i feel i push myself to go out no matter what weather is doing and i tell u it energises me for the day. I feel like i hit a small goal just by doing something. I find the…

The fact that you said you feel better in yourself. Is that not a great victory, Ditch scales and get a tape measure out. Imagine how bad you would feel if u went back to the old eating habbits. Keep up the good work x
