Is it difficult being vegan?

I am currently 160lbs and yes I would like to lose my last ten pounds. I do 30 minutes of exercise six days a week. I consume 1200 calories a day and 20 carbs.

I don't own a food scale, and I tried fasting for a little while and I don't think that's for me.

I am 5'7'' and I am currently 163lbs. I do use 5lbs dumbells a couple times a week.

I am 163lbs and 5'7''. I do maybe 30 minutes of aerobics 3 times a week, I walk casually often, and that's pretty much it. The calculator also had a catagory for sleeping. I sleep for about 8 hours and it said that burned 300 calories. By general activities I mean like caring for children, cleaning, yard work,…
