To recommend a great natural peanut butter, I'd suggest Brad's Naturals! The only ingredient is organic peanuts.

Yes, I'm generally looking for a light snack to help me sustain enough energy to do about 20 minutes of cardio and an hour of weight/strength training. Has anyone tried some natural peanut butter on a rice cake beforehand? Someone gave me that suggestion today!
