I can't find that app...I have an android, so I have found that some apps aren't available except through iPhones. ???

I've completed Alpha and Beta ~ Gamma is ordered and should be here any day! I have to admit, I felt like I got more out of Alpha than Beta ... maybe the changes were just different and not as obvious as in Alpha when it was a new program. ??? Hoping Gamma brings on some weight loss and inches lost!

I am almost done with Beta. I have not ordered Gamma yet, but plan to. When the alpha beta and gamma are complete, do you start all over or do you have to find a new program to do?

I had planned on ordering through ebay as well. I have borrowed the alpha/beta set from a friend. Is the gamma phase a stand-alone series or will I still need the alpha/beta set while doing gamma? I am wondering if I should just order all 3 phases for myself. One place I looked seemed like gamma had its own workouts but…
