I tried this for a while and it didn't really help anything, I don't eat it as much now but It can't hurt to give it a try for yourself.

I have made muffins with applesauce and bananas and they were great and only 100 calories. I also did the smaller cookie thing for Christmas and that definitely helped me not over eat this year on christmas.

Red meat, I will eat it if it is the only thing like at a barbecue, I've worked at a Wendy's for 2 years and have never ordered a burger for myself.

I am trying to do 1200 calories a day, I do end up going over a lot but have been doing okay the last couple weeks, just have to stop giving in when my boyfriend brings snacks out while we are watching shows at the end of the day.

I would always get 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, sometimes I would even get 3, with curly fries and an Oreo milkshake at Hardees. 1980 calories also sometimes I would have almost an entire dominoes pizza with spicy chicken kickers
