I'm 5'6" and a Mom to 4. Highest weight after pregnancy was 232. Before 3rd pregnancy I was never over 125 max.
SW: 232

I might stay above my GW since have been very comfortable at around 150 lbs, which would also put me into the healthy BMI range
Good luck and success to everyone!

I just had my second and last child in June 2014. Trying to get back to where I was when I was dating my husband, sigh...
Feel free to add me!0 -
I'm 5' 5.5", current weight is 142.2, goal weight around 135-137. My "happy" weight is 142, where I am right now, but I'm trying to gain a little more muscle and lose some body fat. Current body fat percentage is 26% but I'd like to be no more than 24%. That goal weight should do it if I focus on losing fat, not muscle. I care more about the body fat percentage than the number on the scale. Sure would be nice if I could shift a little bit of it around! I carry it all in my thighs. Healthier than around the middle, I know, but tough to fit jeans!0

Weight means a little something to me but mostly what I am looking for is to feel good about myself and feel comfortable in my clothes which includes a bathing suit.0 -

I'm 5'6 and had my third child in May. I weigh around 191lbs now, and I want to get back down to pre-pregnancy size as I am in my profile pic. I was 154lbs then. Once I get to that I'll re-evaluate and maybe go lower. I'm doing a lot more strength training now.0

I feel as though without toning and weight lifting (so just running long miles), I was very thin/skinny at 128. But when I'm lifting heavy and very toned at 126-128, I looked awesome. So maybe toned and at 125 would be a happy medium?0 -

I had made it down to 119 at one point and my size 2's were falling down. I'm now lifting weights, so I figure 122 with a lower body fat % will make me happier!0 -

First time weighing after the delivery of my now 9 month old: 136.6 lbs
CW: 114 lbs
GW: I'm there. Measurements are back to prepreg. Just need to get my lifts back to where they were.0
