CW: 172 (Bodyfat %=approx 24) I like it here and feel I look just right here; athletic but still curvy.
GW: Possibly 163 (20% BF) to drop into a lower weight class for olympic lifting. I don't have any desire to have an uber-cut figure competition look.
I have approximately 130 pounds of lean mass and am muscular. I am a competitive Crossfitter, 5K trail runner, and powerlifter, and I'm in better shape than I was in the 130s. It's all about body composition. People freak out when I tell them how much I weigh!0 -

SW: 163lbs 74kg
CW: 136lbs 62kg
GW: 128lbs 58kg
I've logged 20 days straight - so proud of myself!

5'4" 162.5 cm age 61 (OK I'll be 62 in 11 days! )
SW 235 /107.5Kg (Aug 2012-avi)
CW 134 /60 Kg
GW 128-130 58+/- Kg
I'm actually trying to get to 22-23% BF so whatever weight achieves that I'll be happy with. Weights are helping immensely, BUT, pounds come off SUPER slow (only 14 pounds 6.5 Kg in the last year! UGH) However, I have dropped from a size 8 to a loose size 4 in Levi's this year as well, so weights are reducing me even if the pounds are dropping by the freakin ounce!!!

I'm a curvy body type. I look good in the 50's, dang good in the 40s - body doesnt really tolerate anything lower than that

SW means past weight? If so (4 months ago) 125 pounds
then in one week to another after eating lots of sandwiches to 135 pounds (on my way to vegetarian) {scary how that can happen because I was prior able to eat whatever I wanted}
Trying to lose the weight and working out and being vegan for health reasons 145 pounds
CW: 148 pounds
I found out lack of protein stores fat which explains my weight gain. So if you want to go vegan do it the right way with protein protein protein.
IGW: 125
& Will get back to you all with progress. Adding in lots of protein now and kickboxing 4 times a week (600 calories you lose in each workout! Suggest it!) But seeing muscle weighs

Hi All!
5'5", 32 years old
CW: 157
GW: 125-130
I had lost 25lbs (down to 133lbs) on Metabolic Research in 2012, but gained it back due to traveling and job stress. My overall goal is to get to 20-22% BF again, so if it's a higher weight with more muscle and less fat, it would be success.0 -

My normal weight that I maintained for about 6-7 years from high school until after college graduation was 143-146 lbs, but after going from a physically demanding job where I was at my healthiest (130 lbs, hiking all day, great nutrition because I had to cook everything) to a desk job, I gained a lot of weight back. I want to get back to that healthy state so that I can feel that great again.0 -
I have to say, as I get older, the goal weight gets higher.....

I have dropped about 13 pounds in 14 days on my new diet plan. I am hoping that within the 30 days that I can drop between 30-35 pounds which will get me to 155 pounds. Anything less then that is a great bonus. Eventually in the next 3-4 months I would like to reach about 125 which I think will be ideal for my height.0 -

HC there are a lot of numbers and letters on this post. I love seeing people with a SW of 200+ and a CW of something below 200: Good for you! That's amazing!.
I was 213 once but it's been a long time.
SW: 180 in September
CW: 165
GW: 150 but because of MFP, I think I'm going to try for 125. Last time I weighed 125 I was in middle school. But I wonder if I'll lose a lot of muscle. I'm going to get my body fat measured then estimate my lean mass so I can figure out how much I weigh all muscle. Then I'll know if 125 is too small.0
