I love love love Luna bars too. I eat one every day between lunch and dinner. They curb my appitite and my sweet tooth.

OK- they get a yeah for me. I don't eat baked chips because of their nutritional value. I eat them because they are a sensible way to replace eating the fried ones. The fried ones don't even tast good to me anymore, too greasy.

I only put walking down if it's out of my regular routine. I don't count shopping, errands etc... I only count it if I go out for a walk or I do something way beyond my norm..i.e. heavy walking from sight seeing etc...make sense? That's just my take.

1. Always have deit "staples" in fridge. For me that means fat free yogurt, Luna bars, fruit and Lean Cuisines (for when I don't have time to make a low cal meal). 2. Can you get outside, go for a walk, try reading a book, anything to get your mind off food.... GO treat yourself to something else that makes you feel good- a pedicure, a massage, a new pair of shoes. Usually when I want to binge it's because I am stressed or upset. 1 cup kashi go lean crunch with fat free yogurt mixed in or 1 cup of nonfat milk. Sometimes I will do a slice of turkey bacon too if I am feeling like I need a little extra protien.

Welcome! I do use them, but not all of them or every time. It's flavored puffed rice and corn. Kind of like a cheese puff. I bought it at Gaint in the health food section. They sell it a Trader Joe's too I think. SOOO good.

abby-Just take it 10 lbs at a time and keep up the good work! Everyone's body is different- meet with your Doctor to find the right set weight for you.....I bet it's closer to 159 and not 118!

Wow- me too! my baby is 18 months now but after my first who is 4 now and my 2nd- I have put on 40 extra lbs. I weigh 190. I just want to get down to 150. My actual goal weight is 148. I like the way I fel at that number.
