This happened to me. Lost 6st gained 2 back then a 3rd. Lost a stone last year in keto. You have no idea how much my boyfriend eats and still cant gain weight... he has see his gp aswell and they have told him also he will find it it hard. He has high medolism and works 7.30am until 6pm mon to firday and always on his feet. And he's over 6 ft aswell... If i could id show you a picture of his breakfast

Im struging on my last 30lbs. Up and down 3lbs. Eating all good 30 mins workout 5 to 6 days a week. Got a bit dis hearted last night. And gain quarter pound back aaarggh. So i know how you feel. Kids sont help much either xx

Even if you go on a hour or 2 walk it all helps. Im not very socail ever. I work 4hrs and i live with a 3 year old lol until my partner move in at the end of year. But i sure do love to get out and walk. Even if i have tl bribe the little one to go in the buggie ;)
