try aerobic, cardio and inner-thigh presses. those will make you lose and still tone up, without bulking :)

you should measure them specially if they are a part of your body that you care (for example if you're pear shaped or have an hourglass figure because in both the thighs are big). so you can see how much you have lost.

try to chew some gum - without sugar of course and remember that a gum is about 3.5 cal a piece - or some coffee sweets - without sugar too, mine are just 8 cal a piece - or drink water. drinking something hot is good too because it gives you the sensation that you are full, so tea is good (black tea helps a lot). try to…

chew gum (3.5 cal a piece and avoid the ones with sugar, obviously) or drink water. the best would be to drink something hot like hot tea, because drinking something hot makes us even fuller. try to think about your goal weight and how you will be happy when you get there.
