I love, love, love to eat too. I don't hold back, actually. What I do is counter the calories with cardio. Today I rowed a marathon, giving me back over 2,100 calories. It's the only way I'll keep on to this -- I'm not going to starve myself, and I'm certainly not going to eat lettuce and diet coke.

Yes, what she said -- :) You have to gauge it "ceteris paribus", or all other things equal -- then you'll see your improvements.

omg -- imagine bacon on cake -- -- i'm surprised mcdonalds doesn't sell some combination of it -- !!

why in the world have "grazing day" on an obscure day in march? i mean, prior to holidays, etc. it's justified -- but not just any random day -- -- it they had a "get moving day" i think, sadly, nobody would come -- :\

this is funny. i swear, with all the incentive for healthcare programs to trim weight for health (and to lower their and company's costs), it just doesn't jive that companies let anything edible through their doors.

I actually was speaking to someone at C2 today about a non-related topic, and mentioned to her that NOBODY can have rowed 300K meters in 3 days -- and that maybe there was a decimal point error somewhere. She thanked me and said she'd look in to it -- -- fangs retreat -- ;)

i have found lots of cardio helped me on many of my blue days --

it's pretty decent -- uses the wind resistance wheel, and is styled like my model C -- -- the only weird thing is the guy using it in the pic looks like a giant -- :)

I use a gel pad on the bottom, and then sit on a folded towel, like 4-5" high -- and replace the towel after every row. it works -- :) the more you row, the more butt fat you lose, and the more it hurts -- :| for a while, i even sold the pads on ebay, but got tired of running to the post office -- :) if there's interest, i…

Full marathons aren't bad -- just very time consuming, and you really need something to distract you while you row -- :) I rowed 64K meters in one day a couple of weeks ago -- my wife wanted to have me admitted -- :) Thanks for having me, all -- please add me!!
-
Please add me, too -- :) I'm rowing half-marathons daily, and am a little over 13.5m meters total. Rowing is living -- :)

i'd drink a bunch of water and call someone on the phone you like talking to. 350 cals is a lot -- and a lot to burn.
-
yesterday, rowed 65,000 meters -- roughly 40 miles -- 3,425 cals -- feel good today -- :)

I find this scale fantastic -- Cuisinart KML-KO3B PrecisionChef™ Digital Kitchen Scale -- nice price, nice quality, nice capacity.

There are indeed benefits to the "whole body workout" of the rower. To me, the rower allows faster calorie burn by using more muscles in the same amount of time. When on a treadmill, one uses lower body, and burns some calories. On a rower, for the same time, more calories are burned because upper and lower body is used. I…
