Don't deprive yourself, it just makes you want things more. Burn the calories FIRST, then have a treat if it fits into your meal plan for the day.

I take belly dancing class every Thursday with my sister and my girlfriends! It is quite fun and a good workout. My abs are always sore after class. It's an hour and a half so my calorie burn on Thursdays are through the roof!

A couple spoonfuls of peanut butter will take care of many of those calories without filling you up.

This year I made a list, like a little kid. I went to different websites and copied and pasted the links to a word document. Some are small things like socks, and some are diamond rings. Hey, can't blame me for trying. I gave my boyfriend so many options so I will still be surprised on Christmas morning.

It's ok to take a breather. I think it's a very hard workout, even for beginners. Just keep working at it, it gets easier.......barely. Keep at level one until you can get all the way through it.

I went to a show the other night and had a vodka and soda water, 2 rum and diets, and a shot of fireball whiskey. haha went a little overboard :drinker: :blushing:

I wouldn't log it at all. When you create your profile, you set your activity level. Choose the one that matched best to your working activities.

I do at least a half hour of strength training for my arms and back, then at least a half hour on a cardio machine. Next day, legs and cardio. Oh and I do abs everyday. every doing 10 or 15 mins on one machine then moving on to another can keep things from getting routine.

I log my lifting under the cardio exercise, strength training.

I work in a deli and the worst part for me is watching adults force feed their children fried foods. I don't feel bad for the adults, they can make their own decisions. It's the kids that have no choice but to eat what they are given, that makes me so sad. It's just setting them up for failure later on in life.

My sister got it and quickly returned it. It made her hair really greasy looking. Might work for some though. The commercials are pretty convincing :smile:

I use "aerobic mode" when I do it. It tells you to focus of pushing, then pulling with your arms. Going forwards and backwards. Holding a speed of 6mph then going your own pace. It helps to switch things up and helps me get a better overall workout.

I didn't have this problem, my boyfriend's ex took the bed! haha! He was sleeping on a futon and I refused to sleep over until he got a "big boy bed"! Needless to say, he was shopping the next day!

It's an interesting watch. It's more of a personal success story rather than a really informational documentary. Still good info though, really gets you thinking

Netflix has tons of workout videos to watch instantly. I have about 15 that I use, some are dance ones or cardio and kick boxing, some are weigh and strength training. It's a good mix.
