I think the general rule of thumb is measure around right under your breasts, then again right at your nipple, Every inch is a cup size. For example: if you measure 36 around then 38 at the nipple you should be a 36B

I work with some ladies that use "somewheres", "anywheres" and "seen" instead of "saw". Or "no and's, if's, or but's" when it's more commonly said as "if's, and's, or but's"

I weigh myself first thing in the morning, after I used the bathroom of course :blushing:

I use one at the gym and I love it. I found out if had as aerobic mode, it's a work out where you concentrate on pushing with your arms, then pulling, then just legs, then reverse, then fast then, slow, then at your own pace and repeat. It's a great workout!
