Gaining weight during pregnancy
Thanks to MFP, I was able to lose 50 lbs before becoming pregnant. I started out still at 205, I'm 5'6. My Dr is making me feel really bad for gaining weight. I'm 6 months along and have gained 22 pounds. She said I should only gain 15-20lbs total. I eat fairly healthy, there is always food for improvement, but don't eat…

http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/broccamole-50400000115434/ I didn't use as much oil as it called for. Also, 2 serrano chilies, without the seeds, was pretty spicy! If you didn't know it was made with broccoli, instead of avocado, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference!

Fat, Sick & Nearly Death
Has anyone else watched this documentary? I've been making spinach and berry smoothies with yogurt and protein power but maybe I'll try just doing it with fruits and veggies. Not just for weight loss, but for detoxing and restarting my body. Any thoughts or input?

Treadmill VS track
I can run a mile and a half (so far) without stopping.....on the treadmill. So why is it that I can only run for a MINUTE and a half on the track?!? I just started the Couch to 5k again yesterday and it almost killed me!! What's the deal on this?
