I did one the other day! It was kinda cheesy and I felt really silly but it was really a good workout! Got my heart pumping and I was sweating like crazy! It was over before I knew it, I guess I was having fun. Good luck

Try thinking about pulling your belly button toward your spine. Lay flat with your legs outstretched and straighten your arms over your head. Squeeze your abs and swing your arms toward your feet! Good luck!

I have naturally curly hair and as I work out and sweat my little fly aways get crazy and in my face! I just wear a bandanna when I workout now. It keeps the hair out of my face and the sweat from rolling into my eyes. I have a couple different colors even, you know to match my outfit! Haha

I've never tried so hard at anything until I wanted to lose weight and get healthy. I've never been more motivated to make drastic changes in my life. I've never wanted anything more then I want to reach my goal!!

I said the same thing the other day! I'm ready to delete some people for logging and posting themselves only eating 600 and 700 calories a day and having people praise them. I can't even understand how someone can not even eat 1200 calories a day! I would eat 5000 if I could!

been plateaued for about a year now. you can't even imagine how awful is it. I work out 5-7 times a week, and nothing. when you feel discouraged about yours, just remember it could be much worse

sugar from fruit is different then refined white sugar. your log will look like it's over on sugar from fruit but its not bad

no need to lower protein. it helps keep you full and build muscles. as far as sodium, try to cut processed foods and drink lots of water.
