The general rule is make it to at least 1200 calories a day. Maybe you could add in some higher calorie but still healthy foods, like almonds or avocado or drink 8 oz of milk.

I would just have your profile updated at a "very active lifestyle".

I just ordered my first one today! I got the Polar FT1, it's a base model because I didn't need it to do much. Mainly, I just wanted something to count calories when I workout. I checked Ebay, Target, Walmart and Amazon and Amazon had the best deal at $53.00.

Send them to meeee! Haha

I do the same thing! I don't think there is anything wrong with it, at least I hope there isn't! You could eat other things for 300 calories and not get as many servings of veggies or not be as full.

I've been using a kickboxing video off Netflix. It's from 10 Minute Solutions and I do the whole video which is 55 minutes. I love it! I goes by so fast because I'm having so much fun with it! Good luck! keep it up

General consensus is under "circuit training"

You can usually find it for under 10 bucks, I'd say it's worth it. The reason I like it is because it's only 25 mins. It's challenging for me but I don't loss attention and focus and I don't get bored. It works for me  Also, I use 8 lb weights

In theory, yes. I did it and was ready to move on after 11 or so days. Also, due to my bad wrists, I just skipped level 2 and went straight to level 3. 2 has a lot of push up position moves that I just couldn't do. I did it for about 2 weeks then moved on to other workouts, but just went bad to it the other day! It kicked…

Gaining muscles? Eating enough calories? I'm going through the same thing. I work out 4 days a week and have only lost 11lb since January. But, I have lost inches. I look forward to seeing what anyone has to say :grumble:

I agree, eat more! Also, although you are under calories, the foods you are choosing aren't all that nutritious. Try more protein, whole grains, and veggies. You got this!

I just got done reading that article!! How funny! I forwarded it to my own workout buddy. I hope to take before and after pictures like those friends one day!
-
I did the first level for 10 days before being ready to move on. I skipped level 2 because its a lot of work in push up position and I have bad wrists. Also, if you are not using a heart rate monitor, many people track it as circuit training. It's an awesome workout! Best of luck

Abs are the only muscle group you can work every day. My favorite thing to do!!
