  • It's an amazing service that my inlaws signed us up for as part of our wedding gift. We have unlimited office visits and unlimited 24/7 access to the doctor (it's just one guy now) and if we can't get in to him he will call something in. We can FaceTime also or send pictures. I feel very fortunate to have that.

  • Yes! If you don't have to stay super low carb for medical reasons this is the diet I would and did follow before.... I highly recommend it!
  • There is absolutely NO harm in dropping sugar and white flour foods.... I would also suggest maybe adding in some quinoa Or brown rice or something like that.... Whole grains....If you don't want to cut it out completely. Just make sure you are eating enough to fuel your body. Fat and calorie wise.
