  • I used to one cheat meal.. But ate very clean the rest of the day and didn't go overboard with the meal.. Just ate what I was craving in reasonable portions... But yes it can lead to doing it the next day and the next and the next .. Now that I am low carbing I don't eat cheat meals.

  • I make this all the time and I LOVE it! It's so good! Also my mom used to make chicken stir fry with lots of other veggies and a bunch of cabbage and cashews... It was so good!
