  • I have a friend that lifts (and other training) and she's only lost about 20 pounds but went from a size 24 to an 8/10.... It is amazing at transforming the body. So I wouldn't be surprised if you had actually not lost that much. You look great.
  • I say try it and see .. Everyone is different. I absolutely can't do the bars or shakes or candies or even the Atkins frozen meals because they all stall me. I also don't eat anything with sugar alcohols.
