I've had my eyebrow pierced and my nose and my belly button and my nipples. Currently the one piercings I have left are my ears. I do have 7 tattoos though. And I want more.

I never eat back my calories. I've been told multiple times that it over estimates and that you should, if any thing only eat back half . Like for example I KNOW I didn't burn off 600 calories walking my dog for half an hour at a moderate pace... There is no way.

Is there a rule that says you have to do it in the morning? If so I'm screwed... I've been working out in the afternoon and at night for months now....... :ohwell:

I started with 100 to lose ... If I had to guess Id say I'm around 40 pounds lost.... I'll know for sure Tuesday when I weigh in. But overall i would like to lose another 80ish because id like to be somewhere in the 160s I think. Anyway anyone feel free to add me. I post and log everyday.

I don't tell a lot of people how much I weigh and the few people I do tell don't believe me that I weigh as much as I do.... Why would I lie and say I weigh more? Once I get down under 200 I have no problems saying is I started out at x amount of pounds.... At least I didn't last time.

I do 5% carb 30% protein and 65% fat I find that works very well for me. I never track ketosis.. I don't know if I'm in it or not ... Never really cares as long as I was losing.

I want to lose 65 more by September 24th so that will keep me on a nice little pace.

I'm in. I'll post my my starting stats on Tuesday. I vowed not to weigh in this month so April 1st will be my first weigh in since March 1st so I have no clue how much I weigh now... Are we doing any specific weigh in day or just weigh as we go along? Also feel free to add me. I log and post daily.

I wish I did.... Mine scares me..... I drank 4 bottles of my water bottle full that hold 24 oz yesterday and 4 of the plastic big Walmart brand bottles that are 20 oz plus a few glasses of tea and I only peed three times all day yesterday (once was when I woke up before I even drank the stuff ).... It even scared me so bad…

I was diagnosed with fatty liver disease about a year ago and they never told me much of anything other than lose weight. But never restricted me to a specific food. She said as I lose weight it could correct itself.

Well that is great for them some people can go higher. My former best friend claimed her doctor put her on a diabetic diet that was 300 carbs a day so she ate cookies and crackers and ice cream and candy and cake and had to take 2 different kinds if insulin 3 times a day. That is very true. Location absolutely has an effect on diet. I am from the south but landlocked...so it's usually fried or fried or fried if it's on a menu here and I can't stand seafood but if I was from a coastal state I'm sure it would be second nature and plentiful on a menu. Around here it is very pro vegetarian.

As long as my health improves I'll be happy. My lowest weight during my adult life was 189.... I'd like to get back there and improve upon that but I don't have a magic number.

I started at 298 I'm now at 263 (as of March 1st and I don't weigh again until April 1st) I don't have really a number in mind other than to get Onederland and then to beat my personal best of 189 and then I'll decide from there. I log daily and my diary is open to friends. And I always welcome new friends!

I suffer from PCOS and it is SUCH a major struggle to lose weight..... But once I started flowing the recommended diet I am losing faster and feel much better and less bloated
