  • Definitely. At one point I lost about 50 lbs and put myself back in the 190's... but now a couple of years later I'm at 260. It doesn't even seem possible, but yet here I am!! I had surgery last year so that kept me inactive for a couple of months and this is my time to get back on track. WE CAN DO THIS!!
  • You're doing a great job!! Cruches... yay!!! Lets go teams!!
  • So if we don't have any stairs anywhere, home or work even, can we use a chair and count that as two steps??
  • Also dont forget that when you work out, your body needs more energy. The suggested calorie intake is what you are supposed to be burning... so if your suggested comsumption is 1600 and you burn 400, at the end of the day you'll probably be more hungry and you'll need that extra 400... thats why your calories jump to 2000…

Your mind will play tricks on you with scales and cravings and such, but it takes some time to train your briain to crave the right things... food and exercise. So stick with it and you will see results!! And…
  • I really want to do this, but I'm scared! I've never been a runner, although I've always wanted to be.
  • I log constantly throughout the day as I go. I've found that the more I log, the easier it is to find meals that are smaller in calorie because you learn to memorize how many calories are in different foods. I've been logging consistently for about 2 weeks now, and I'm just now at the point where I will eat about 300…
  • Hi everyone! I am 31 and weigh 260 lbs, which sounds like a lot now that I think about it, but in my head "I'm not that over weight." Thats my problem. I haven't really acknowledged my weight gain long enough to be serious about it. But I recently found myself in the emergency room to have some tests done, and everything…
