I also do NOT believe losing it fast guarantees it will come back on fast! I lost weight at the age of 14 fast. 50 pounds in three months and kept it off for over 30 years. The weight only comes back fast if you return to the big calories.

Eat it!!! I have it all the time! If it fits into your calorie goals ENJOY!!!! My daughter lost 65 pounds 6 years ago working AND eating at least one meal a day from McDonalds! She hasn't gained a pound back and still enjoys their food!

For the legs I don't use ANY weight yet! The exercises alone kill me and I need to work on form! I think you could easily get by with out the 20 and 25pound dumbells too! I do have a pull up bar and have a cheat strap that I love!!! I feel like I am doing a pull up but the adjustable strap is helping me!

Thank you! I will do this!!! I'm thrilled I lost so fast but my skin needs to catch up and my goal is also health!! I think I will stay off the scale for the next two weeks, weigh in then, and then stay off for the next 4 weeks! That will give me 9 weeks at the increased calories! Thanks so much!

Adjustable a will work but it is hard to switch fast for the next set. I prefer my set of dumbells over the adjustable . I use 5, 10,12,15,20 and 25! I don't use my ez curl bar or a bench though!!

I eat less carbs due to stomach issues! I try to stay under 75 grams per day. I make sure I'm getting 100-120 grams of protein. The balance is healthy fats. My TDEE is 2050, use said to keep a small deficit ! Do you think I should stay at 1840 per week??? Only been at this for three weeks?

Up until April 27, 2014 I ate very large amounts and had for 8 years! I wasn't yo yoing! Just go up on the scale. Gained 75 pounds in 8 years. April 27 I cut calories to 1200 and quickly lost 40. Thanks everyone! I walk/ran today and think I may be getting one. Never carried my phone before and even with the arm band I did find it annoying. The plus is I found a stray dog and was able to call the dogs 'dad', had it been any other day I wouldn't have had my phone on me!

Really 1200 for the rest of my life????? NO! I'm on a Diet! when the weight is off I will gradually add calories back to my TDEE!!! Not sure why people think eating this way is permanent!

For me NOT doing a daily total but a WEEKLY helps a lot! I do 8400 per week and don't worry much over the individual day!
